Daniel B. Garrie serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and court-appointed special master through JAMS. Appointment as a neutral occurs only through JAMS or by order of a court or agreement of the parties, and is subject to the conflict-check and disclosure obligations that apply to neutrals. Approaches concerning a pending or contemplated dispute should be directed to JAMS rather than made through this Site.
